End of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2023, the first long holiday after taking off masks - tourists boom on the May 1st Labor Day holiday!

 


I really can't believe what I saw! There was a large group of camels carrying tourists in a long queue in the desert in China. According to news reports, traffic lights dedicated to camels were even set up to control the long queues of camels. This is really beyond the imagination of people who grew up on the Pacific Ocean Island.

Mainland China ushered in the 5-day "May 1st" long holiday. After 3 years of the COVID-19 epidemic, the number of tourists has increased significantly. According to the same journey travel data, on the first day of the holiday, the number of ticket orders for scenic spots on the platform increased by more than 500% compared with the same period in 2019. Hotel and transportation bookings also exceeded the same period in 2019.

I really can't imagine how crowded it will be. I personally think that the best choice for long holidays is actually to find a comfortable place to watch movies or read books instead of going to crowded places. Enjoying the silent moments shall be the best recipe for soul. 

Of course, everyone's personality and needs are different. Traveling to other places during the long vacation is of course also an option. It's just that before the next long vacation, you have to plan carefully so that there will be no time wasted on waiting.

醉客在飯店 飯店業最怕碰到的客人之一就是酒醉的客人！ 潔兮遇過的情況有，酒醉的客人在大廳"黑白盧"，喝醉了來飯店在大廳要找 女朋友/老婆 談判，狂逼櫃台查名字、要房號！ 夜間巡邏到餐廳時，遠遠看到餐廳沙發露出一雙穿鞋的腳，要"史"囉！雞皮疙瘩都起來了，以為發生。命。案。!!! .....壯膽走近，才聽到有打呼聲，原來是客人喝醉酒找不到房間，索性在餐廳找沙發睡了起來！ 另外，酒醉客人也容易在餐廳廁所、客房內嘔吐！還有最後一點意志力的，會抱緊馬桶處理，完全無意識者，若由親朋攙扶回房，要請房務部多送一些報廢的布巾備用，同時醉者附近準備多幾個垃圾桶備用。 飯店貼心的處理 飯店無論是任何部門、任何員工，看到似有醉意的客人，都要立即通報相關部門以及第一線的總機或櫃台，由前檯通報值班主管指揮前線同仁火速前往處理。 最常發現醉客的地方應屬餐廳，故 餐飲部主管必須要"目色利" , 也就是要十分熟練地 察"顏"觀色, 看到客人「混酒喝」(這很容易醉)、喝純度高的酒、頻頻舉杯乾杯、杯杯見底"喝搭啦"乾杯 ....等, 就知道 要先準備塑膠袋、衛生紙、冰/熱毛巾、熱濃茶、礦泉水.....等等 啦!! 若有先喝掛者，就要先扶到一旁角落〈最好靠近廁所〉先服務著。 潔兮見過一位十分貼心的主管， 甚至私下多準備了"溫牛奶"、"熱薑茶"、"橘子汁"、"解酒益"、"雞精"....等等解酒物 ，說可舒緩腸胃不適，真是超貼心的！然後，還神祕地微笑低聲說，他也喝醉過，瞭解醉後的痛苦......天啊!! 有沒有這麼貼心啊!! 準備了解酒物，還設身處地說了貼心話....... 飲酒適可而止是項禮儀 嚴重酒醉會要人命或被"撿走"的，千萬不可等閒視之，務必要"確認"是否為其親朋在身邊照顧，給與及時的幫助與關注，若視情況有必要，可與親朋商量送醫治療。若無親朋在旁，更是不可置之不理。 若遇到酒品不好的 醉客，在飯店肆意破壞，是可以報警的， 並記錄/拍照其破壞之設施、物品，將來可以向其求償的。 緊急事件處理時 發現客人酒醉， 務必要請...
